 Paul Assistant Group Scout Leader (A.G.S.L.) I joined the Group as a Cub in 1980 and continued on to Scouts. After leaving Scouts, I helped out at Beavers until I was old enough to be warranted, then becoming B.S.L. I then moved to Scout Leader for around 11 years, whilst sitting on the District Executive Committee for a couple of years. In 1998 I took on the role as G.S.L. |

 Phil Scout Leader (S.L.) sl@scouts-47th-chiltern.org.uk Started Cubs with the 19th Ayrshire Group when I was 8 and continued onto Scouts and then stayed on as a Young Leader, becoming as A.S.L. at 18. Also at this stage I helped start up a Venture Scout Unit within the Group, where I gained the Queen's Scout Award. I moved south and joined 47th Northampton in 1994 as the Leader of the Dallington Scouts and when they folded in 1995 moved to Chiltern to help with the Cubs and also become their A.S.L. and eventually S.L. |
 Marion Cub Scout Leader (C.S.L. / Akela) csl@scouts-47th-chiltern.org.uk I joined the Group in September 1990 when I was 16. Previously I had been a Brownie with St. James Pack and then a Guide with Duston. From 15½ I spent 3 years as a Venture Scout. I've been involved with all 3 of our sections, 2 years as a helper and then the rest of the time as a warranted Leader, becoming C.S.L. in 1999. |

 Neil Assistant Scout Leader (A.S.L.) I have been involved in the Scout Association since I started in Cubs and worked my way through the Sections. For the last 5 years I have been Scout Leader and one of my greatest achievements was to gain my Wood Beads in 2000. |
